How gloriously absurd!
It actually looks good from the street. I've seen a similar configuration on I-17 near Anthem at a cacti farm that always catches my eye passing by.
I feel sorry for the person who will have to walk through it to do weeding and debris clean up.

This is a house off 6th Avenue with an interesting front yard landscape full of small barrel cacti.
