This has got to be one of my favorite interpretive signs... This is at the Tucson Botanical Gardens and the cactus reading the sign grows along an adjacent tree and drops down to emphasize "...distinguished from all other plants...".

Re: profile/books-I just read the Alchemist and the second book-good ones-at least I am assuming we are referring to the same book. They were a gift to the Firebird from a relative and I thought they were great. Nicolas Flamel? ;)
ReplyDeletetree -- the Alchemist book that I refer to was written by Paulo Coelho (highly recommend the audio version too), so I think the one you read is same title but a different book/author?
